We have a strong track record of converting top-performing interns into full-time analyst positions — a genuine pathway to a permanent role for those who excel.

You will work alongside senior bankers on a range of transactions and advisory assignments, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side) and capital advisory. As part of a sector and deal team, you will develop the analytical, relationship and client-facing skills needed to build a strong foundation for your career in investment banking.

We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that stimulates, rewards, and supports your growth.

Please note: Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a Superday in London on Monday 16th November 2026. Please ensure you are available on this date before submitting your application.

·       Solid understanding of financial concepts and accounting fundamentals

·       Strong work ethic and personal integrity

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
