Are you interested in knowledge management, content strategy, employee experience, and emerging AI technologies? The AskHR Knowledge & Education team is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented student to support the maintenance, governance, and continuous improvement of HR knowledge content. Working alongside Knowledge Management professionals and HR stakeholders, you will gain hands-on experience with enterprise knowledge platforms, content governance practices, reporting and analytics, and initiatives that help employees access information quickly and effectively through self-service tools.


This opportunity is ideal for students who enjoy researching, organizing information, analyzing data, improving processes, and creating high-quality content that supports business outcomes.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance, review, and updating of HR knowledge articles, guides, and documentation to ensure content remains accurate and current.
  • Partner with content owners and HR stakeholders to coordinate article reviews and content governance activities.
  • Assist with content cleanup, standardization, and quality assurance efforts across internal knowledge management platforms.
  • Support initiatives focused on improving content usability, searchability, and employee self-service experiences.
  • Conduct research and gather information from subject matter experts to support content updates and process documentation.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics activities by maintaining trackers, compiling metrics, and identifying trends that support knowledge and contact center strategies.
  • Support projects related to knowledge management, ServiceNow, content governance, and generative AI readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and contribute recommendations that enhance content quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Information Management, Professional Writing, English, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to organize, interpret, and synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Interest in human resources, knowledge management, employee experience, content strategy, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative solutions.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting research, creating documentation, editing content, or managing information repositories.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools to analyze and present data.
  • Interest in generative AI technologies and their application within knowledge management and employee experience functions.
  • Experience supporting projects, collaborating with stakeholders, or participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary range is expected to be between:

$40,950.00 CAD - $56,550.00 CAD


The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work term.
