About The Company
As a global active asset and wealth manager, we believe better outcomes come from asking better questions. By combining research, data and judgement, we make deliberate investment decisions and focus on the risks that matter. We don’t simply follow. We ask better questions, challenge assumptions and apply active insight to pursue better outcomes for our clients. On 1 October 2026, Schroders and Nuveen joined forces to create one of the world’s leading active asset and wealth managers, with approximately US$2.6 trillion* in assets under management. Our capabilities span public and private markets, supported by the long-term strength of our parent company, TIAA. For more than 220 years, our approach has helped clients navigate changing markets and pursue their long-term goals. Today, our investment specialists around the world combine global expertise with local insight to identify opportunities across equities, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives, private markets and wealth management. We work with institutions, intermediaries and private investors, taking the time to understand their objectives and partnering with them to build resilient, long-term solutions. We create prosperity - together. Note: On 1 October, 2026, Nuveen, LLC completed its acquisition of Schroders plc.
