Responsibilities
As the HR Intern, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
1. Employee Experience & Operations
Onboarding Kit Design: Conceptualize, prepare, and manage welcome collateral and gifts for new hires in strict compliance with brand identity standards.
Onboarding Operations: Prepare paperwork, documents, name badges, key cards, etc.; welcome and guide new employees through procedures on their first day.
New Hire Group Management: Create and manage the new hire group chat; send welcome messages and detailed information for the first workday; track and support troubleshooting or questions.
Pulse Survey Management: Build and manage pulse survey operations.
2. Internal Activities & Events
Event Logistics Support: Participate in ideation and logistics preparation (materials, gifts, decorations, backdrops, documents) for internal engagement programs and activities.
Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and team-building initiatives to foster a positive workplace.
Coordination & Media Coverage: Directly support organization throughout events; handle photography and videography to capture moments for internal communication materials.
Feedback & Surveys: Help conduct quick surveys or collect employee feedback after internal activities to review and improve future programs.
3. Content & Channel Operations
Content Calendar: Build and maintain periodic content plans for the hotel's recruitment social media pages, ensuring consistency in visuals, messaging, and posting frequency.
Content Creation & Multimedia: Directly write copywriting, produce images, and create short videos to highlight company culture, employee life, and the working environment.
Recruitment Updates: Manage, post, and update recruitment information on websites, TMX systems, social media platforms, etc.
Brand Compliance: Ensure all content and visuals displayed across corporate channels strictly meet global quality standards and brand guidelines. Coordinate with the hotel's MarCom team and adhere to Brand Guidelines.
4. Internal Newsletter
Writing & Editing: Directly write, edit, and proofread articles for periodic internal newsletter publications (e-newsletters or notice boards).
Layout Design Support: Coordinate layout design to create visual and eye-catching newsletters using basic tools (such as Canva or pre-made templates) while following brand guidelines.
Collateral Design: Design publications (offer letters, welcome letters, birthday cards, internal announcements, work anniversary milestones, etc.) to evoke positive emotions, project a professional image, and increase engagement.
5. Strategic HR Branding & Touchpoint Design
Employer Value Proposition (EVP) & Brand Alignment: Build visual guidelines for recruitment and internal collateral, ensuring all transmitted messages accurately reflect the organization's core values and brand identity in the labor market.
Talent Attraction & Conversion: Create aesthetically pleasing recruitment visuals (job posting templates, social banners) with sharp messaging to optimize conversion rates and attract high-quality candidates on digital platforms.
Content Copy Optimization: Develop clear, attractive recruitment content templates highlighting benefits and value propositions upon joining the team, ready for flexible application to mass or urgent hiring positions.
Email Templates: Help build and maintain an email template system with synchronized layouts for key milestones (offer letters, first-day instructions, probation pass notifications, etc.).
Resource & Asset Management: Build a repository of standardized design templates to help HR teams operate quickly, consistently, and professionally across all recruitment campaigns and internal events.
6. External Relations & Recruitment Events
University Partnership Management: Maintain and expand strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and vocational schools (with a strong focus on Hospitality, Tourism, Human Resource Management, and Languages).
Job Fairs & Career Events: Plan and participate in job fairs, career orientation seminars, talk shows, and recruitment events.
Talent Pipeline & Internship Programs: Coordinate the deployment of internship programs and company tours to attract student interns and build a high-quality succession pipeline.
Campus Employer Branding: Promote the hotel/corporation's image and work culture to students through school communication channels and direct interactive activities.
7. Employer Value Proposition (EVP) & Market Analysis
Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor, collect, and analyze recruitment strategies, communication messages, welfare policies, and brand positioning of direct competitors in the market (especially in the hospitality and resort industry).
EVP Refinement: Propose improvements and refreshes to core values and recruitment messaging based on market data and internal characteristics, balancing unique identity with high competitiveness to attract talent.
Market Insights & Reporting: Synthesize market recruitment trend reports, provide SWOT analyses regarding company attractiveness versus competitors, and propose solutions to enhance Employer Branding.
8. Other Responsibilities & Development
General Support: Perform other administrative and Human Resources Department’s operational tasks assigned by the Assistant Human Resources Manager and HR Director.
Continuous Learning: Participate in courses, webinars, and training programs.

Qualifications
An HR Intern serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Good communication skills in both English. Associate degree and above.
Skills in videography and photography.
Proficiency in design using software such as AI, Photoshop, etc.
Good presentation skills. Fluent in written and spoken English to meet business needs
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns and training content.
