Stellenbeschreibung

  • Während deines Praktikums entwickelst du ein standortspezifisches Konzept für Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) am Standort Dresden. Dabei analysierst du bestehende Abläufe und definierst Zielbilder samt Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten.
  • Methodenbeschreibungen sowie Handlungs- und Arbeitsanweisungen für die Instandhaltung verfasst und strukturierst du übersichtlich.
  • Zur Qualifizierung der Kolleg:innen erstellst du Web Based Trainings (WBT) und weitere Schulungsunterlagen für TPM- und Instandhaltungsmethoden.
  • Du begleitest Pilotanwendungen des TPM-Konzepts und holst fundiertes Feedback direkt aus den Fachbereichen ein.
  • Nicht zuletzt leitest du aus den Pilotphasen Verbesserungspotenziale ab und entwickelst unsere Instandhaltungsstandards fortlaufend weiter.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Industrial Engineering oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; erste Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Instandhaltung, Lean Management, TPM, Prozessmanagement oder kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Vorteil
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: dir gelingt es, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert zu arbeiten, komplexe Sachverhalte analytisch zu durchdringen, hohe Eigeninitiative zu zeigen und dich aktiv sowie kommunikationsstark in ein Team einzubringen
  • Arbeitsalltag: deine Präsenz vor Ort ist erforderlich
  • Begeisterung: Interesse an der Analyse und Gestaltung von Prozessen sowie an der Entwicklung von Standards, Schulungsunterlagen und Wissensmanagement-Lösungen
  • Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch
