About the Role

Join our team at The Island (Paris) as a Digital Marketing Intern for 6 months from March 2027.

As part of the international Havana Club marketing team and reporting to the Senior Brand Manager Digital, you will strengthen your expertise in digital marketing. You will be given real responsibilities across social media and influencer management, from content ideation and production to community management. As a relatively small structure within the Group, the Havana Club global team offers the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, creative and entrepreneurial environment.

In support of the Brand Manager, Social Media & Influencer Management

  • You will manage and monitor our international social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube) in collaboration with our social media agencies, including the creation of editorial calendars and global content plans.
  • You will be responsible for the delivery of influencer projects (seeding programmes, events, festivals and special campaigns).
  • You will coordinate with market teams, content teams, brand ambassadors and partners (artists, brands, etc.) to source content and develop innovative ideas.
  • You will create and distribute quarterly content toolkits.
  • You will build and maintain a strong international network of existing and new members of the brand's community (DJs, rappers, fashion designers, bartenders and other partners).
  • You will bring creative thinking to the team, developing original ideas that keep our audience engaged and excited by the brand's activities and content.
  • You will monitor and report on performance on a monthly basis.
  • You will conduct monthly benchmarking of competitors and leading brands across social media.

In support of the Digital Ecosystem Manager

  • You will support the Digital Ecosystem Manager in maintaining our digital platforms.
  • You will contribute to the management of the global Havana Club website and its local versions, including website development, maintenance and optimisation (WordPress), the creation of digital assets and landing pages, SEO implementation and performance analysis, and identifying opportunities to enhance the user experience through new features and digital innovations.
  • You will contribute to database management, including CRM asset creation, customer journeys, audience segmentation and data management.
  • You will support our e-commerce initiatives through creative ideas, asset development and coordination with markets to ensure successful implementation.
  • You will conduct monthly benchmarking exercises on digital innovation and emerging technologies.

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

  • You have a strong interest in digital marketing (social media, website management, CRM, etc.).
  • You have good project management skills and can work independently.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; French would be an advantage.
  • You have a genuine interest in trends, music, fashion and lifestyle culture.
  • You are organised, proactive and able to nurture professional relationships.
  • You are creative and aren't afraid to share your ideas.

What you'll receive

  • Monthly allowance ranging from €1,410 (Gap Year/Bachelor's +4) to €1,550 (Master's level) gross.
  • Access to the company restaurant.
  • Unlimited access to Coursera learning resources.
  • Company events (masterclasses, conferences, etc.).

All within a supportive and friendly environment where you can learn, grow and build a strong professional network. In fact, 92.2% of our interns and apprentices recommend Pernod Ricard as an employer (Happy Trainees 2025).

Pernod Ricard is committed to providing equal opportunities for all talents. Our recruitment approach is based on skills, experience and potential.
