The Opportunity


As an Accelerated Solutions Consulting Intern, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of deal integration and value realization, supporting client-facing teams in delivering strategic solutions. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a group that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage, focusing on post-merger integration and value realization. As an Intern, you will engage in learning and gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies, supporting teams with basic tasks and participating in projects that contribute to the team's success.

Responsibilities


- Supporting teams in delivering deal value through post-merger integration and value realization

- Participating in projects focused on capturing synergies and optimizing operations for successful integration outcomes

- Conducting market research to gather insights and inform strategic decision-making processes

- Assisting in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost reduction

- Engaging in synergy analysis to evaluate potential benefits from business combinations and mergers

- Contributing to change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions and transformations within organizations

- Collaborating with team members to provide operational advice and improve business performance

- Applying project management skills to assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives

- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity by actively seeking knowledge and understanding of M&A strategies and private equity dynamics


What You Must Have


- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree

- Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application. This role is four to six months in duration.


What Sets You Apart


- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Information Systems and Management, Information Technology Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Data Science

- Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3

- Preferred major GPA: 3.3

- Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes

- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking in client support

- Participating in business process improvement and change management initiatives

- Engaging in market research and synergy analysis for value creation

- Supporting post-merger integration and operational advice projects

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
