About the Role

Your Contribution:

 

As an SAP Knowledge Management Intern, you will be responsible to support the documentation and structuring of technical and functional SAP knowledge across key modules (OL, IL, PP, WM) to ensure operational continuity, improve onboarding, and enhance problem-solving efficiency.

 

Your main activities will be:

  • Coordinate and conduct structured interviews with SAP experts.
  • Design and maintain standardized documentation templates.
  • Capture and organize process descriptions, transactions, roles, common issues, and use cases.
  • Validate and consolidate information with subject matter experts.
  • Publish content on collaborative platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
  • Develop a searchable index and ensure accessibility of documentation.
  • Define and support a continuous update process for the knowledge repository.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

 

  • Education: Students of Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Interest in data analysis and process understanding.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
