The Corporate Strategy team collaborates with Adobe’s top executives and our business units: Creativity, Productivity, and Customer Experience Orchestration. We help keep the company on its fast growth path. What You'll Do

Join our highly entrepreneurial Corporate Strategy MBA Intern team, which includes experts in strategy consulting and digital media marketing. Your work will cover a variety of strategic areas, such as product strategy development, technological trend assessment, competitive landscape analysis, future positioning of Adobe, and evaluating market adjacencies along the lines of build, buy, or partner. As an intern, you will own and drive a project focused on Adobe's long-term growth. This role provides an unparalleled opportunity to advise and influence senior executives with key challenges while gaining insight into their decision-making.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2027 - June 2028
  • 3+ years of proven track record of leading transformational change with growing levels of responsibility, ideally in management consulting, consumer internet, or SaaS strategy
  • Experience operating in a digital/consumer internet or SaaS environment; prior understanding of digital marketing or digital advertising highly desired
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while being passionate about the big picture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives
  • Creative problem solver with a bias for action
  • Relentless but centered on collaboration – ensuring that debates and discussions not only lead to good outcomes for all involved, but also set a positive tone for cross-functional teams

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $37.00 - $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
