Role Overview

Join our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team for a summer internship, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting operational excellence, contract alignment, and performance tracking across our facilities portfolio. This role is ideal for students interested in facilities management, operations, or business administration.


Key Responsibilities

•Assist with tracking schedules and status updates for ongoing IFM actions and projects

•Support preparation and review of regular performance reports and contract renewals

•Participate in biweekly team meetings, contributing to agenda items and action tracking

•Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives

•Help document decisions and maintain records for IFM contracts and projects

•Shadow experienced team members to learn about vendor management, compliance, and operational best practices


Basic Qualifications

  • Right to work in UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Preferred Qualifications

•Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field)

•Strong organisational and communication skills

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

•Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

•Interest in facilities management and operational excellence
