McKesson Corporation est à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire développeur(se) en distribution pharmaceutique motivé(e) et enthousiaste pour contribuer au développement et à l’amélioration de ses systèmes de distribution pharmaceutique. Ce stage offre une excellente occasion d’acquérir une expérience pratique au sein d’un secteur dynamique et essentiel.


Responsabilités principales

  • Participer à la conception, au développement et aux tests d’applications logicielles et de fonctionnalités liées à la logistique de distribution pharmaceutique.
  • Collaborer avec des développeurs expérimentés et des équipes multidisciplinaires afin de comprendre les besoins d’affaires et de les traduire en solutions techniques.
  • Participer aux revues de code, au débogage et à la résolution de problèmes afin d’assurer la qualité et la performance des applications.
  • Contribuer à la documentation des conceptions logicielles, des processus et des guides d’utilisation.
  • Effectuer des recherches et évaluer de nouvelles technologies et méthodologies afin d’améliorer les systèmes existants.
  • Soutenir la maintenance et l’optimisation des logiciels de distribution pharmaceutique en place.
  • Apprendre et appliquer les meilleures pratiques de développement logiciel, notamment les méthodologies Agile.

Qualifications requises

  • Être actuellement inscrit(e) à un programme de baccalauréat ou de maîtrise en informatique, génie logiciel, technologies de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Posséder une compréhension de base des principes de développement logiciel et des langages de programmation (ex. : Java, Python, C#).
  • Avoir une connaissance des concepts de bases de données et du langage SQL.
  • Démontrer de solides aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et en analyse.
  • Posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Être capable de travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d’une équipe.
  • Faire preuve d’une grande volonté d’apprendre et de s’adapter aux nouvelles technologies et aux nouveaux défis.
  • Une expérience de stage antérieure ou des projets personnels en développement logiciel constituent un atout.

Job Summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pharmaceutical Distribution Developer Intern to contribute to the development and enhancement of our pharmaceutical distribution systems. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and essential industry.

Job Responsibilities


* Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications and features related to pharmaceutical distribution logistics.
* Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of applications.
* Contribute to documentation of software designs, processes, and user manuals.
* Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to improve existing systems.
* Support the maintenance and optimization of existing pharmaceutical distribution software.
* Learn and apply best practices in software development, including agile methodologies.

Job Qualifications


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of software development principles and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
* Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
* Prior internship experience or personal projects in software development are a plus.


The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
