THE OPPORTUNITY

Lake Geneva Country Club is looking for motivated individuals who want to build a strong foundation in turfgrass management while contributing to the next chapter of a historic club. Our internship combines daily golf course maintenance with hands-on training in agronomy, moisture management, irrigation, equipment, and project work. Interns will work alongside our leadership team, learn the purpose behind our practices, and earn additional responsibility as their skills and judgment develop. Specific experiences will depend on the internship dates and project schedule.
