Position Summary:
The Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Intern to provide additional support across different marketing functions including (but not limited to): digital marketing, our lead process, and data/analytics. The Marketing Intern would get training and support to help execute on projects across the marketing team, get exposure to a marketing team’s various functions, and have the opportunity to dig deeper into particular areas they are interested in.
Position Responsibilities:
The Marketing Intern would be responsible for supporting a number of projects including, but not limited to, digital marketing (SEO & email), lead management, and marketing analytics.
- Draft and edit content for internal and external audiences.
- Update and format collateral using approved brand standards.
- Document marketing processes and maintain shared team resources.
- Assist with asset organization across platforms (Seismic, Salsify, Teams).
- Provide project support for campaign launches and sales enablement initiatives.
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration by gathering input and feedback on marketing materials.
- Additional duties as requested.
- Supports “Lean Business Enterprise” Initiatives for continuous improvement and waste elimination.
Position Requirements (Knowledge & Experience):
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, or PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Interest in learning marketing systems and digital asset management tools.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job as descripted to you for the position
- An ideal candidate would have some experience with digital marketing and analytics. Direct experience with SEO, email marketing, data analysis/compilation, and report building a plus.
