About the Role

This role is an excellent opportunity to translate academic skills into professional experience within a high-growth hospitality environment. You will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our property owners, gaining demonstrable skills in client management, data systems, and strategic communication.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Homeowner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with individual homeowners through proactive outreach (meetings, home visits, and functions) and consistent follow-up.

  • Professional Communication: Master verbal, written, and digital communication in a professional setting. 

  • Problem Solving & Resolution: Research, analyze, and troubleshoot complex owner issues and complaints, turning potential friction points into long-term loyalty.

  • Database & Data Management: Utilize and update industry-standard database applications to accurately log all interactions and maintain detailed records.

  • Team Support & Project Planning: Assist with assigned, strategic projects that require planning, coordination, and advanced knowledge of internal programs.
