As a Technology Intern, you will participate in and contribute to project and operational work under the guidance of experienced Technology professionals. If you have a passion for programming, project management, or analytics and data, we will identify projects to leverage these skills. Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to join our Stevens Point office with the Technology team as a Summer Intern. This 12-week paid internship offers a deep dive into the world of Technology.

You will:

Participate as an active member of the software engineering team, contributing to project and operational work
Develop, test, troubleshoot, and document software solutions with guidance from experienced engineers
Take ownership of assigned development tasks and follow them through completion
Work both independently and collaboratively with engineers and other team members
Participate in the team's normal development processes, discussions, and meetings
Investigate technical problems and develop thoughtful solutions using available tools and resources
Manage assigned work and priorities while maintaining strong attention to quality and accuracy
Communicate progress, questions, challenges, and blockers with the team

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive Technology team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Your work will directly contribute to delivering on our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

College concentration in one of the STEM disciplines or prior experience and demonstrated passion in an Information Technology role
Analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills preferably from past job or volunteer experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with MS Office Applications
All candidates must have permanent work authorization in the United States

Pay Transparency:

The base salary range for this position in Stevens Point is from $22/hour - $25/hour; a candidate’s salary is determined by their relevant skills and experience. We value our teammates – both their capabilities and character – as demonstrated by our amazing culture.
