The Business Development team supports agency growth initiatives by working with taskforces to plan, execute, and implement programs that enhance agency effectiveness and engagement. The team partners closely with internal stakeholders to support product communication, campaign execution, and agency-facing content.
Join us as a co-op intern to support business development initiatives for the agency channel, with a focus on content production, communications, and campaign support. This role offers hands-on experience in producing and managing agency-related materials, including basic multimedia content, and is well suited for a motivated and creative student looking to gain practical experience in agency communications and business support.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support business development initiatives by joining taskforces to plan, execute, and implement agency-related programs and activities.
- Assist in the creation, editing, and adaptation of materials for agency use, including product and campaign-related content.
- Perform basic video cutting, editing, and touch-up tasks for digital and/or social media platforms.
- Support content preparation for campaigns, presentations, and product promotion materials.
- Conduct basic market or competitor research as required to support business initiatives.
- Assist with coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities related to agency communications and campaigns.
- Provide ad hoc project and administrative support as required by the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and basic content creation tools; familiarity with simple video editing tools is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and an interest in content production and communications.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a structured manner.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
- Able to commit to the internship on a full-time basis, from July 2026 – December 2026.

We are recruiting for H1 2027 Intake: January 2027 – June 2027
