As a Distribution Strategy Office intern to support strategic planning, business transformation, and digital innovation initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to channel strategy development, business performance management, digital transformation, and cross-functional project execution.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Support business development initiatives by joining taskforces to plan, execute, and implement agency-related programs and activities.
  • Assist in the creation, editing, and adaptation of materials for agency use, including product and campaign-related content.
  • Perform basic video cutting, editing, and touch-up tasks for digital and/or social media platforms.
  • Support content preparation for campaigns, presentations, and product promotion materials.
  • Conduct basic market or competitor research as required to support business initiatives.
  • Assist with coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities related to agency communications and campaigns.
  • Provide ad hoc project and administrative support as required by the team.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and basic content creation tools; familiarity with simple video editing tools is an advantage.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and an interest in content production and communications.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a structured manner.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Able to commit to the internship on a full-time basis, from July 2026 – December 2026.

We are recruiting for H1 2027 Intake: January 2027 – June 2027
