Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce Health Consulting team, part of our people and investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

 

This is an exciting 6-12 month internship opportunity where you will support the development of evidence-informed workplace wellbeing initiatives. You will work alongside experienced consultants to research workplace trends, synthesize insights, and contribute to the design of innovative wellbeing programs that make a real impact for our clients and their employees.

 

We will count on you to:

  • Support the development and delivery of workplace wellbeing programs, from research and design through to implementation and evaluation.
  • Conduct research, synthesize insights, and contribute ideas to evidence-informed program design.
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and gather feedback.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials, presentations, communications, and engagement collaterals.
  • Support program measurement and evaluation activities, including participation tracking and outcome analysis.

 

What you need to have:

  • Currently enrolled in or graduating from a bachelor's degree program in a relevant field
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and contribute to program design.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
