About the Role

Intern - Technical
(Based at Unichela - Slimtex)

The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. It brings together broad expertise in fit, comfort, performance and aesthetics to serve leading global brands at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of assigned projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support the identification, tracking and coordination of technical critical paths to ensure timely project execution.

  • Collect, maintain and update technical data, records and reports to support operational activities and decision-making.

  • Observe work processes and standards, provide feedback and assist in day-to-day technical and operational tasks.

  • Learn and gain exposure to the end-to-end technical and operational processes within the department.

     

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Undergraduate in Textile and Apparel Engineering, Apparel Production and Management or Fashion Design and Product Development.

  • Good communication, teamwork and coordination skills.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Basic data handling, analysis and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
