About the Role

Within Gdańsk, Spare Parts team handles Supply Chain and Logistics from warehouse in Hamburg as well deliver on board. Globally team delivers the quality of service based on a high personal commitment to satisfy customer expectations.

We are looking for a new team member to join us as Procurement Intern.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in system development and maintenance of our fleet management.
  • After comprehensive training, you will also be responsible for supporting the SAP interface.
  • Create and adjust purchase orders based on accurate original information and within agreed limit ranges.
  • Assist your colleagues with relevant systems (SAP MM, Sertica) and track delivery dates, ensuring punctuality.
  • Complete incoming goods notifications in the systems and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices during invoice processing.

Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in a field of study, such as data analysis/data science/mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Ideally, you have practical experience in business administration or data analysis or in procurement and supply chain management.
  • The ability to work independently and flexibly is essential for you.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is necessary.
  • You communicate very well in English (written and spoken).
