MAJOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT – FULL-TIME REGULAR POSITION – MONTRÉAL

Reporting to the Director of Development and Design, the Architectural Designer/Architectural Intern provides support to the Development and Design Department by:

  • Developing architectural and space-planning concepts in collaboration with the development team and project professionals;
  • Producing technical documentation and presentation materials;
  • Developing 3D models and renderings;
  • Calculating floor areas and performing quantity take-offs;
  • Preparing project statistics and reports;
  • Analyzing and developing project programs and pre-design documentation (regulations, building codes, etc.);
  • Preparing block plans, site plans, and master plans.

You possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Architecture;
  • Experience working in an architectural firm;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD;
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign;
  • Experience in 3D modeling and AI-powered visualization;
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines;
  • Demonstrated autonomy and initiative;
  • Creative and proactive approach to research and problem-solving.
