O que você pode esperar sendo um(a) Estagiário(a) de RH/Treinamento:

  • Suportar o time no levantamento de necessidades de treinamento;
  • Auxiliar no planejamento, registros de treinamentos e programas de desenvolvimento;
  • Auxíliar no desenvolvimento de materiais para reuniões e treinamentos;
  • Suportar o time no atendimento de auditorias de sistemas e de clientes;
  • Apoiar no controle de indicadores da área.

 

Seu perfil sendo um(a) Estagiário(a) de RH/Treinamento:

  • Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Psicologia, RH ou áreas correlatas;
  • Será um diferencial ter conhecimentos em Excel;
  • Trabalho em equipe e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Habilidades de comunicação;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em regime presencial de trabalho na planta de Sumaré/SP.
