Interns must work in accordance with DTNA’s core values of passion, respect, integrity and discipline. Internship positions can be located at various DTNA locations across the US. We are looking for high performing and motivated individuals in various areas within DTNA organizations. DTNA internships begin each summer in May or June.

The Project Management Intern will support Aftermarket Logistics and Operations team.
The Aftermarket Project and Program team is responsible for leading multiple year initiative to upgrade the WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to the EWM platform. As part of the implementation, a centralized template is being built to drive the future state of warehouse operations using a strategic roll out plan to onboard 11 Aftermarket PDCs (Parts Distribution Centers). As per the current timeline, the pilot PDC (Des Moines) is planned to launch in late Q1 2026 followed by feature specific PDC launches through early 2028.

Deliverable: The team is working in close collaboration with Vendor, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and Finance teams managing the execution. Both the team members in close association with the manager are supporting the respective lead roles accountable for the delivery. In addition, the respective leads are also supporting OCM (Organizational Change Management) as this initiative is not just platform replacement, but more so about cultural shift in doing warehouse operations to gain synergies in efficiency, standards & scalability supporting DTNA's Simple, Faster and Stronger objective.
One of the critical foresights of such magnitude project post launch is the commitment to track and monitor issues, prioritization, closely work with vendor on resolution. Though the key would be platform stability of the pilot PDC, but the team will have their hands full with multiple tasks including rolling out more features, the execution of the next PDC, working with operations on knowledge transfer, supporting two warehouse systems in the interim.
