Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn the inner workings of a high-functioning sales team?

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience leveraging HubSpot, an industry-leading CRM and marketing automation platform. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing data management, streamlining business operations, and building efficient automated systems that directly impact our revenue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a foundation in Sales Operations, RevOps, and CRM administration while working with cutting-edge AI tools.  This position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Challenge Yourself - The Specifics:

  • Leverage AI tools and web research techniques to collect, clean, and enrich high-value prospect and market data
  • Implement automated workflows in HubSpot to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy
  • Maintain data integrity within HubSpot by standardizing property fields, auditing records, and removing duplicates and spam
  • Partner with sales and marketing team members to identify operational bottlenecks and propose automated solutions
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of recurring reports, dashboards, and basic business analyses
  • Create and maintain documentation for departmental processes, procedures, and system workflows
  • Contribute to ongoing Sales Operations projects by completing assigned tasks, tracking progress, and organizing supporting information
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Sales Operations team as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a Bachelor’s Degree program in a related field at an accredited college/university or equivalent training and experience
  • Previous internship experience in a corporate setting is helpful but not necessary
  • Spot on communication skills that will help you learn how to influence others with the story of what you are seeing in the data
  • Deep proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to respond to and effectively prioritize multiple tasks
  • Good listening and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong use of tact, initiative, prudence, and independent judgment within general policy, procedural, and legal guidelines
  • Must have attention to detail and be well-organized
  • High sense of patience and ability to work in an ever-changing environment
