Descripción del empleo

 

Solicitamos: Trainee Legal

 

Objetivo de la posición: El o la Trainee brindará apoyo integral al Área Legal en la gestión y seguimiento de sus actividades administrativas y jurídicas. Participará en la revisión y organización de documentos legales, incluyendo cartas, contratos y convenios, así como en la atención y seguimiento de trámites ante autoridades y notarías. Asimismo, colaborará en investigaciones legales, control documental, procesos administrativos del área y elaboración de presentaciones y materiales de apoyo

 

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad: Lic. En Derecho o Administración de Empresas. Recien Egresado (a) - Titulado (a)
  • Experiencia: Experiencia de 0 - 6 meses de experiencia en la industria automotriz.

 

Actividades:

  • Gestionar y organizar documentación administrativa del área, incluyendo archivo, facturación, pagos y reembolsos.
  • Apoyar en la revisión y elaboración de documentos legales, tales como cartas, contratos, convenios y otros documentos corporativos.
  • Mantener actualizado el registro y archivo de documentación legal, asegurando su correcta organización y disponibilidad.
  • Dar seguimiento a gestiones con Notarías y abogados externos, recopilando información y documentación requerida.
  • Elaborar presentaciones, reportes y materiales gráficos para comunicar información legal y administrativa de manera clara.
  • Colaborar con las diferentes áreas de la organización, como Finanzas, Comercial, Compras, IT, P&C y FCA, en actividades que requieran soporte del Área Legal.
  • Participar en actividades y proyectos propios del Área Legal, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de sus objetivos y al desarrollo de mejoras en los procesos internos.
  • Mantener comunicación y seguimiento con proveedores, instituciones, notarías, abogados externos y funcionarios públicos, cuando las actividades del área así lo requieran.
  • Apoyar en el cumplimiento de los procesos y lineamientos internos, actuando de acuerdo con los valores y principios de la organización.
