You’ll provide day-to-day marketing and administrative support that helps internal teams, channel partners, and customers receive an excellent Gallagher brand experience. You’ll build practical experience across communications, lead management, events, partner engagement, marketing systems, and sales enablement.

You’ll work closely with regional and global teams, contributing to initiatives that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales enablement across the Americas region.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting regional marketing plans, campaigns, communications, and the newsletter program

  • Monitoring the Security Americas marketing mailbox and helping coordinate timely follow-up

  • Assisting with industry events, webinars, invitations, registrations, collateral, and post-event communications

  • Supporting lead management through CRM uploads, list building, reporting, nurturing, and data clean-up

  • Helping with SMA renewal triggers and associated data maintenance

  • Coordinating channel partner onboarding communications, merchandise, collateral, plaques, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders

  • Keeping contact lists, online marketing libraries, project plans, event calendars, and Asana tasks accurate and up to date

  • Applying Gallagher brand standards across internal, external, partner, and customer communications

  • Collaborating with regional and global marketing, sales, training, and operations teams to improve processes and deliver team priorities

Who You Are

You’re an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented early-career marketer who is ready to learn, take ownership, and contribute in a fast-paced professional environment.

You bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred; recent graduates and students graduating within six months of the start date are encouraged to apply

  • Strong organizational, project planning, and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including careful proofreading and attention to detail

  • Strong computer skills and the confidence to learn new applications, systems, and technical product information

  • A collaborative, self-motivated approach and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships

  • Copywriting, email-building, Canva, or other creative content experience is a plus

  • Experience with customer databases, CRM platforms, or database structures is also an advantage

Why join us

At Gallagher, you’ll be part of a global organization with a clear purpose, where your work contributes to protecting people, assets, and communities worldwide.

You’ll gain hands-on marketing experience, work alongside a collaborative team, and build skills across campaigns, events, and marketing operations.
