Buccellati is a historical high-jewelry and silversmithing Maison, renowned for our craftsmanship and the uniqueness of our creations. VOTRE MISSION :

Le secteur du Rouage et de l'Organe Réglant est au cœur du savoir-faire de notre Maison : il assure la fabrication et l'assemblage des composants vitaux de la montre.

Pour répondre aux enjeux stratégiques de la manufacture, votre mission consistera à concevoir et planifier la réimplantation des ateliers du secteur. En collaboration étroite avec les managers de production, les fonctions supports et les équipes bâtiment, vous agirez à travers quatre phases clés allant du diagnostic de flux jusqu'au plan logistique de déménagement.



COMMENT ALLEZ-VOUS AVOIR UN IMPACT ?

  • Phase 1 – Cadrage et Objectifs : Définir précisément le mix-produit et les volumes cibles, puis formaliser le cahier des charges en intégrant l’ensemble des contraintes techniques, humaines et spatiales.

  • Phase 2 – Analyse des Flux et Processus : Décortiquer les gammes opératoires, cartographier les flux de production réels via une démarche VSM (Value Stream Mapping) et réaliser les calculs de charge/capacité nécessaires au dimensionnement futur.

  • Phase 3 – Conception de l’Implantation : Concevoir l'aménagement global des ateliers (Macro-implantation/Zonage) puis modéliser l’aménagement ergonomique et détaillé des postes de travail (Micro-implantation), tout en participant à l’élaboration de l'estimation budgétaire.

  • Phase 4 – Planification Technique & Logistique : Préparer les plans d’intégration des équipements (réseaux, énergies et utilités) et concevoir un plan de déménagement par étapes (phasing) pour garantir la continuité de la production.
