Supply Chain Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to supply chain workflows, processes, and day-to-day operations.

The intern will work closely with the SCM department and support various activities related to supply chain coordination, process improvement, documentation, data analysis, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the SCM team in day-to-day supply chain activities and administrative tasks.
• Support the documentation, monitoring, and improvement of supply chain workflows and processes.
• Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing supply chain-related data and reports.
• Help maintain accurate records, trackers, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with team members and relevant departments to support smooth supply chain operations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned by the SCM team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related course.
• Strong interest in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or Process Improvement.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup. (Office Location: Greenhills, San Juan City)
• This is a paid Internship
