About the Role
Overview

Stryten Energy is an innovative stored energy solutions provider with The Energy to challenge the status quo in transportation, motive, and network power industries. We invest in and develop the energy storage technologies that give our customers the competitive advantage they need to be successful and achieve their goals for growth and profitability.

We are looking for Temporary Seasonal Help over the winter break starting December 2026 for several weeks with Stryten Energy in our Milwaukee, WI, facility. This position will work 40-hour workweeks. Housing is not provided, so you must have both housing and transportation.


Responsibilities

  • Design standard leak tester tooling across the assembly area
  • Design out variability in the COS process
  • Develop quick change formats to improve efficiency
  • Assists with engineering releases and changes relative to routings, setting standards, and data entry
  • Participates in design reviews of new product development
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capable of learning and maintaining ISO 9000 requirements

Qualifications

We are looking for students:

  • Working towards a BS in Plastics Engineering/ Plastics Processing
  • With a GPA of 3.0 or greater
  • You must have housing and transportation
  • The position is required to work on-site daily
