About the role

Buscamos un(a) estudiante con entusiasmo por aprender, actitud positiva y pasión por el área de alimentos para integrarse a nuestro equipo de Research, Development & Applications (RD&A). Esta pasantía ofrece una experiencia práctica dentro de un laboratorio de innovación alimentaria, donde el estudiante participará activamente en la preparación, evaluación y desarrollo de productos, adquiriendo conocimientos técnicos aplicados que complementarán su formación académica. Basado en lo definido en la reunión de estrategia de reclutamiento para esta posición.

Key responsibilities

  • Apoyar en actividades operativas y manuales dentro del laboratorio.
  • Preparar, pesar y organizar muestras para pruebas y evaluaciones.
  • Colaborar en el desarrollo y aplicación de formulaciones de productos alimenticios.
  • Conocer y comprender el uso de ingredientes, aditivos, conservantes y otros componentes utilizados en formulaciones.
  • Brindar soporte en aplicaciones y pruebas relacionadas con alimentos y aplicaciones cárnicas.
  • Mantener la organización y el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de laboratorio.
  • Colaborar con el equipo técnico en proyectos y actividades de innovación. 

Qualifications and skills

  • Estudiante activo(a) de
    • Ingeniería en Alimentos
    • Tecnología de Alimentos
    • Nutrición
    • Ingeniería Química
    • Ingeniería Industrial (afín al área)
  • Disponibilidad para realizar una pasantía de al menos 6 meses.
  • Interés en trabajar en un entorno práctico de laboratorio.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Office.
  • Inglés es deseable, pero no indispensable.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de pie durante períodos prolongados y participar en actividades manuales de laboratorio
