How You Succeed

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Digital Product Management: support Product Owners in the planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives across the bank's digital platform
  • Strategic Roadmap Support: gain exposure to the bank's digital product strategy and contribute to initiatives aligned with the digital roadmap
  • Agile Delivery: participate in agile ceremonies, project discussions, and product development activities to understand end-to-end product delivery
  • Customer & Market Analysis: analyse customer data, demographics, and behavioural trends to identify opportunities for digital adoption and customer engagement
  • Digital Adoption Initiatives: support efforts to increase customer adoption and usage of digital banking products and features
  • Business Performance Monitoring: assist in maintaining Digital Business heatmaps, tracking key metrics, and monitoring the performance of digital initiatives
  • Competitive Analysis: conduct peer comparisons and research industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitor developments to support product innovation
  • Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with business, technology, design, marketing, and operational teams to support project delivery and ensure alignment across workstreams
  • Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on digital transformation, product enhancement, and business growth initiatives as assigned

Within GCFS Digital Business & Transformation, the Digital Business team drives the strategy, development, and growth of digital products and capabilities that deliver seamless and engaging customer experiences.

You'll work alongside Product Owners, business leaders, data analysts, designers, and technology professionals, gaining valuable exposure to how digital products are conceived, developed, launched, and continuously enhanced within a leading financial institution.
