What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns targeted at different customer segments
  • Customer Segment Marketing: assist in developing initiatives that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and customer value across various banking segments
  • Content Development: support the creation and coordination of advertising materials, digital assets, and website content to support marketing initiatives
  • Event Planning & Coordination: assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of customer engagement events and marketing activities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, product, and marketing teams to support the rollout of strategic initiatives
  • Marketing Communications: support the development of customer communications and campaign materials that drive awareness and engagement
  • Marketing Operations: assist with campaign tracking, coordination of deliverables, and administrative activities to ensure smooth execution
  • Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on other marketing, customer engagement, and business initiatives as assigned

Global Consumer Financial Services helps individuals and businesses achieve their financial aspirations through innovative banking, lending, and wealth solutions. Within Marketing, the Customer Value Marketing team focuses on understanding customer needs and delivering targeted initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, increase engagement, and create long-term value.

You'll work alongside marketing professionals, product teams, business stakeholders, and customer segment specialists, gaining valuable exposure to how customer insights, marketing strategies, and business objectives come together to drive customer growth and loyalty.
