What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Digital Wealth Campaigns: support the design, planning, and execution of initiatives that drive digital wealth sales and customer adoption
  • Data Analytics & Insights: analyse customer, campaign, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business growth
  • Marketing Strategy Support: collaborate with stakeholders to develop targeted campaigns and customer engagement strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Customer Growth Initiatives: support efforts to increase customer participation and activity across OCBC's digital wealth platforms
  • Performance Monitoring: track campaign effectiveness and business performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
  • Market Research: conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within the digital wealth landscape
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: work closely with business, marketing, product, and technology teams to support campaign execution and strategic initiatives
  • Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on digital business, customer acquisition, and wealth-related projects as assigned

Within GCFS Digital Business & Transformation, the Digital Business team drives the growth of digital channels and customer adoption by delivering personalised, seamless, and engaging digital experiences.

You'll work alongside business leaders, marketers, data analysts, product managers, and technology teams, gaining valuable exposure to how data, digital channels, and customer insights come together to shape the future of digital wealth services.
