The opportunity:

Join Hitachi Energy as an Office Administration Intern and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. How you’ll make an impact:

1. You will handle the receipt, distribution, and record keeping of incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and parcels for the Kaohsiung office.
2. You will support vendor access management, registration, and daily coordination for all office-related services.
3. You will coordinate with external vendors to arrange office equipment maintenance, repair and other related service affairs.
4. You will provide on-site support and basic supervision during office maintenance, repair or construction activities.
5. You will assist in daily management and regular upkeep of office facilities, equipment and public common areas.
6. You will support administrative documentation sorting, data organization and daily routine office operations.
7. You will provide ad-hoc administrative support and complete other temporary tasks assigned by the team.
8. You will obtain practical working experience in corporate office administration and daily business operations.
9. You will gain systematic exposure to vendor management, facility coordination and internal & external cross-functional communication.
10. You will accumulate hands-on experience of standardized office operation workflow in a professional corporate working environment.
11. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

1.Currently enrolled in a university or college program; all majors are welcome.

2.Detail-oriented, responsible, and well organized.

3.Good communication and coordination skills.

4.Able to follow up on tasks independently and proactively.

5.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

6.Able to work on-site at the Kaohsiung office on a regular weekly schedule.

7.Previous experience in administration, general affairs, event support, or office operations is a plus.

8.Interest in office administration, facility management, or corporate operations.

9.Basic English communication and reading skills are preferred.
