Aufgaben

Content Creation & Video Production: Du entwickelst kreative Inhalte, Videos (z. B. Shorts/Reels), Grafiken und Textbeiträge für verschiedene Plattformen und transportierst unsere Botschaft authentisch – auch vor der Kamera

Community Management & Engagement: Du trittst aktiv mit unserer Zielgruppe in Kontakt, moderierst Diskussionen und baust eine lebendige, digitale Gemeinschaft rund um KI-Themen auf

Trendscouting & Social Innovation: Du verfolgst aktuelle Algorithmus-Entwicklungen und Trends auf LinkedIn, TikTok & Co., entdeckst neue Formate und bringst frische Ideen ins Team

Event- & Live-Marketing: Du begleitest Events mit der Kamera, fängst die besten Momente ein und bereitest sie multimedial für unsere Kanäle auf

Social Media Growth Strategy: Du erhöhst durch durchdachte, organische Strategien unsere Sichtbarkeit und begeisterst mehr Menschen für unsere KI-Themen

KI-Tooling & Automation: Du nutzt modernste KI-Tools im täglichen Workflow, um Prozesse zu beschleunigen und deine eigenen Aufgaben effizienter zu gestalten

Qualifikation

Digitale Heimat: Du kennst dich auf Plattformen wie Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok und YouTube aus und verstehst, was dort funktioniert

Kreativität: Du entwickelst gerne eigene Ideen und setzt sie visuell ansprechend um

Mut zur Kamera: Du stehst gerne vor der Linse und hilfst dabei, authentische Inhalte zu schaffen

Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick und arbeitest strukturiert

KI-Neugier: Du findest Künstliche Intelligenz spannend und möchtest lernen, wie man sie für digitales Marketing nutzt
