About the Role

Die STARTPLATZ AI Academy bringt KI vom Konzept in die Realität. Als stark wachsendes Unternehmen in NRW bieten wir praxisnahe KI-Weiterbildungen für Privatpersonen und Unternehmen. Bei uns arbeitest du an vorderster Front der KI-Revolution - mit echter Verantwortung von Tag eins.

Aufgaben

  • Grafik Design & Visual Identity: Du erstellst professionelle Grafiken, Präsentationen, Infografiken und visuelle Infomaterialien für unsere Workshops und Schulungen und stellst ein einheitliches Erscheinungsbild (Corporate Design) sicher
  • Digital Content Creation: Du entwickelst visuell ansprechende und plattformgerechte Inhalte für unsere sozialen Netzwerke (z. B. LinkedIn, Instagram) und Webseiten
  • Visual Campaigning: Du wirkst aktiv bei der gestalterischen und visuellen Umsetzung von zielgerichteten digitalen Werbekampagnen mit
  • Video Production & Motion Design: Du schneidest und bearbeitest Videos, Reels, Shorts und Animationen für verschiedene digitale Kommunikationskanäle
  • KI-Tooling & Automation: Du nutzt modernste KI-Tools im täglichen Workflow, um Prozesse zu beschleunigen und deine eigenen Aufgaben effizienter zu gestalten

Qualifikation

  • Kreativität: Du liebst Design und hast Freude daran, Ideen visuell umzusetzen
  • Technische Fertigkeiten: Grundkenntnisse in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Gespür für Trends: Du erkennst aktuelle Gestaltungsrichtungen und weißt, was ankommt
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, schriftlich und mündlich
  • KI-Interesse: Du findest Künstliche Intelligenz spannend und möchtest in die Branche hineinschnuppern
