The Role

Who We Are

We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

We are seeking highly motivated, creative and strategic-minded individuals to join our team of summer interns – and work as part of the Kyndryl Marketing organization. In this role, you will learn how a modern marketing organization works across all its disciplines, work as an intern team on a strategic project, partner with an early professional in the organization on an individual assignment and receive professional development and guidance.

Through our program, you’ll learn from leaders, be exposed and contribute to how work gets done, and gain new experiences that will contribute to your resume and personal growth.

Program Overview:

The internship will be on-site at our New York City location.  Internship Dates: June 8 - July 28 summer 2027.

Interns in this program can expect:

  • Opportunities to learn from senior leaders, while building a network of peers
  • Professional networking & personal brand development
  • To work side by side with full-time employees on real work
  • Mentorship opportunities
  • Workshops and access to industry accredited education & certifications
  • FUN!

Your individual assignment referenced above will be focused on Marketing Analytics. As part of this assignment, you will apply data and analytics to real business questions that help Kyndryl understand and improve the performance of our marketing investments.

You will work as part of the Marketing Analytics team, partnering with other interns, analysts and marketing teams to evaluate performance across areas such as digital marketing, paid media, events, campaigns and the marketing funnel. Your work will help answer questions such as: Which marketing activities are generating the strongest results? Where are there opportunities to improve performance? How should marketing teams use data to make better investment and growth decisions?

Throughout the internship, you will serve as the analytics focal within a broader intern team, taking ownership of defined analyses and helping translate data into insights and recommendations. You may analyze campaign or channel performance, evaluate marketing investments, identify trends and opportunities, or help develop reporting and dashboards used to manage the business.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience applying analytics in a global B2B marketing organization. You will build on your Excel and analytical skills while gaining exposure to tools and technologies such as SQL and Power BI, as well as marketing, CRM and business data.

  • Analyze marketing performance across channels such as digital, paid media, events and campaigns
  • Use data to identify trends, performance drivers and opportunities for growth or optimization
  • Evaluate marketing investments and help determine where teams can improve effectiveness and ROI
