Leasing Advisory Intern – JLL

 

What this job involves: This internship offers the opportunity to start your career in the fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environment of commercial real estate. You will support leasing brokerage activities by assisting with special projects designed to support quality decision-making by clients and the brokerage team. As an integral team member, you will gain broad experience in various aspects of CRE, including exposure to sourcing, securing, and servicing clients on both the Occupier and Landlord sides of the business.

 

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Support senior brokers with business development by initiating outreach to new leads, managing prospect data, and organizing historical client activity.
  • Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to assist with client deliverables and presentations.
  • Assist with the preparation of offering materials, pitch decks, and other presentations for new business pursuits.
  • Read, review, and abstract real estate documents such as leases and operating expense statements for clients.
  • Create and use sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
  • Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
  • Serve as a technology champion, promoting and supporting the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Previous internship experience in a professional environment.
  • Permanent US work authorization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A strong interest in pursuing a career path as a commissioned Broker.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using CRM programs.
  • Strong project management skills to prioritize high-impact activities.
  • A hands-on, team-player attitude with a strong execution orientation.

Work Shift: Internship Dates: June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027

Salary/ Comp: Please note that we do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.


Expected compensation for this position:


9,968.00 – 13,672.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
