Crafted Highlights: 

As a Commercial Enablement Sales Intern, you will be part of the Canadian Commercial team in Toronto within our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns.  The internship is a full-time summer position from May 3 - August 6 (Canada interns) and May 25 - August 6 (U.S. interns). 

  

This position works closely with the Canadian Commercial Sales team in each region to assist us in creating positive brand experiences and delighting our customers and consumers. 
  

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Support Commercial Technology & Capability Development: Assist with initiatives that improve sales effectiveness through technology, automation, data analysis, and process improvements. 

  • Business Analysis & Insights: Analyze business and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that support commercial decision-making. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Solutions, Customer Supply, and Technology teams to support key business initiatives and projects. 

  • Reporting & Dashboard Development: Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other business intelligence platforms. 

  • Process Improvement: Help document, evaluate, and improve business processes by identifying efficiencies and opportunities to simplify workflows. 

  • Enablement & Training Support: Contribute to the development of training materials, communications, presentations, and user resources that help teams adopt new tools and processes. 

  • Technology & Data Projects: Support the implementation, testing, validation, and continuous improvement of commercial systems, reporting solutions, and data-driven initiatives. 

  • Presentation Excellence: Develop compelling presentations that communicate insights, recommendations, project updates, and business outcomes to stakeholders. 

  • Strategic Problem Solving: Research business challenges, evaluate potential solutions, and provide analytical support for decision-making. 

  • Project Coordination: Assist with project planning, stakeholder communication, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities. 

  

Key Ingredients: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Strong interest in business analytics, technology, data visualization, automation, and digital transformation. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 applications. 

  • Experience with or willingness to learn Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Databricks, or similar analytical tools. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

  • Ability to transform data into meaningful insights and business recommendations. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups. 

  • Self-motivated, curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and business processes. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Participation in extracurricular activities, case competitions, student leadership, or analytics projects is considered an asset.
