About the Role

Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm has positions available for limited-term, full-time engineering interns to work on water, wastewater and stormwater projects starting in May/June 2027 and ending in August/September 2027.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting engineers with the delivery of projects
  • Conducting research
  • Compiling and analyzing data
  • Drafting technical reports
  • Communicating with equipment vendors
  • Reviewing construction documents
  • Visiting construction sites

 

A valid driver’s license will be required.

 

Successful candidates must have:

  • Completed at least two semesters (4 semesters preferred) of college-level coursework in civil, chemical, mechanical or environmental engineering at an accredited college or university

 

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

  • Coursework in hydraulics, mechanics and materials, water engineering, etc.
  • Microsoft Office, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, PCSWMM, and/or ArcGIS software experience
  • Previous relevant internship experience
