La risorsa ricercata è un* Sales Support Specialist che verrà inserit* in stage all’interno della Direzione Benefits & Engagement Solutions sulla sede di Roma. La risorsa sarà avviata ad un percorso iniziale di formazione, mirato alla gestione del supporto agli account commerciali, dei rapporti con i clienti in ottica di fidelizzazione e alla vendita delle nostre soluzioni.


Principali attività:

  • Supporto all'attività dei commerciali field (attività di back office e CRM, redazione di offerte, preparazione statistiche e documentazione di vendita, ricerche e analisi legate allo sviluppo commerciale);
  • Assistenza al cliente (redazione contratti, informazioni commerciali, videocall di presentazione servizi e portali dedicati);
  • Attività telefonica di vendita finalizzata alla fidelizzazione di clienti già acquisiti, con attività di upselling e cross selling.

  • Gradita esperienza pregressa anche breve in ruolo analogo o affine:
  • Titolo di studio: Laurea Triennale, preferibilmente in ambito economico;
  • Buona conoscenza di Excel;
  • Buona attitudine comunicativa e all’apprendimento, ottime capacità organizzative.
