Finance Intern, Singapore (Jan 2027)

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Support process improvement initiatives using Allianz approved AI and automation tools to streamline manual tasks such as reconciliations and reporting
▪ Develop dashboards and user guides that help the finance team adopt new tools and processes
▪ Support the Senior Accountant with month-end closing, reconciliations and month-end reports
▪ Assist in reviewing staff expense claims and performing monthly checks
▪ Assist in preparing GST returns and following up outstanding AR/AP items with shared services
▪ Undertake ad hoc assignments as and when required

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:
▪ Pursing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics or a related field
▪ Able to commit 6 months or longer ▪ Basic understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and month-end closing
▪ Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or AI tools is an advantage
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
▪ Good written and verbal communication skills
▪ Curious and proactive, with an interest in using technology to improve finance processes
