Stellenbeschreibung

Als Marktführer für Lean im Bauen leben wir das Motto: Agil in der Planung & Lean in der Ausführung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir motivierte Praktikant:innen zum Start im Januar/Februar 2027. Bei uns wirst du zum Lean Practitioner ausgebildet und erhältst die Möglichkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, eigene Ideen einzubringen und aktiv an innovativen Bauprojekten mitzuwirken. Werde Teil unserer Lean-Journey und gestalte mit uns die Zukunft des Bauens.

  • Implementierung von Lean Construction Management in Bauprojekten
  • Unterstützung in der Terminplanung
  • Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Lean Workshops und Schulungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Projektorganisationen
  • Visualisieren erarbeiteter Konzepte und Prozesse
  • Weiterentwicklung von Lean Construction Management am Standort

Qualifikationen

  • Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bau-, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang im fortgeschrittenen Studium
  • Erste Erfahrungen wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)
  • Motivation, sich in einem spannenden und zukunftsorientierten Arbeitsumfeld weiterzuentwickeln
