About the Role

Job Description - Agentic A.I. Development for Systems Engineering

We are looking for an AI Intern to develop a framework using A.I. to transform unstructured heuristic approach to structured Agentic approach based on certain pre-defined criteria. Test this structured approach on identified Systems of Interest for a specified workflow and deliverable..


This role combines systems thinking, logical thinking, software architecture, requirements engineering, Verification & Validation techniques with AI to accelerate innovation through A.I. driven software development in the aerospace industry.


This is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to gain hands-on experience in digital transformation initiatives while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.


Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2027(date subject to flexibility). 



Key Responsibilities

Core Technical Functions

  • Develop AI models to create structured agentic workflows by understanding existing ways of working
  • Develop tools that can adopt formal methods and test them on existing ways of working
  • Conduct studies on how teams in Airbus operate the methods, collect their needs and develop the tool that can handle multiple standards and evaluation criteria. 

Implementation & Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate software requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

MS/ Ph.D. in A.I./M.L. with exposure to application on formal Methods and Verification

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Knowledge on AI

  • Communication and teamwork for translating business needs into technical solutions.
