Sales & Marketing Intern

Renewal by Andersen Metro and Midwest

Paid Internship: $18/hr + uncapped bonuses PAID WEEKLY. 

This internship is built for current students who want active sales and marketing experience, real consumer conversations, and an opportunity at launching a career in one of our 17 markets or 10 departments.

 

About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador Intern, you'll be the face of the Renewal by Andersen brand at retail partnership locations, tradeshows, and community events. You'll speak with local homeowners, spark conversations, and sign them up for FREE sales appointments.

  • Extremely outgoing personality to engage with general public
  • A resilient, goal-driven mindset (rejection won't slow you down)
  • Curiosity about sales, marketing, or brand-building as a career path
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle***

***This role involves traveling to retail locations and events, mileage reimbursement is available for travel that exceeds a specified distance.
