This is an internship for the Spring of 2027. This position is eligible for discounted downtown parking, free employee meals, DailyPay, hotel and restaurant discounts and more.

*Must be in college seeking an internship for school credit* 

SUMMARY: 

The Front of House internship is a complete overview of all front of house, line-level positions in the Front Office and Valet. This experience will allow opportunities to shadow and have an immersive hands-on opportunity to perform the duties of key front of house positions.  

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: 

  • Valet Cashier 
  • Valet Runner 
  • Front Desk Agent 
  • At Your Service Agent 
  • Concierge Attendant 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bend, stoop, stand, walk, and run for long periods for the duration of a shift 
  • Positive and motivated to learn new positions 
  • Must be reliable, willing to work weekends and holiday 
  • Deliver both guest and associate requests within expected amount of time 
  • Ability to communicate in English both verbally and written 
  • Requires the ability to work both independently and in team settings 
  • Comfortable with learning systems to perform day to day operations 
  • Comfortable serving and clearing food and beverage to guests
