• Collect and record machine breakdown, downtime, and process data from the production floor and maintenance system (CMMS)
• Analyze recurring machine and process issues using basic problem-solving tools (5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto) together with the engineer.
• Support troubleshooting of machine problems, including observing, documenting, and verifying corrective actions.
• Monitor critical process parameters and machine settings and report deviations.
• Help prepare and update OPs, maintenance procedure and checklist.
• Participate in improvement projects (cycle time reduction, yield improvement, downtime reduction, 5S) as assigned.
