About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating fabric product development activities to meet customer requirements and development timelines.
  • Support the team in developing new fabric concepts, samples, and product specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of product development activities.
  • Assist in maintaining product development records, sample details, and technical documentation.
  • Support the preparation of product presentations, reports, and development trackers.
  • Assist in reviewing fabric specifications and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Follow up on development progress and support timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Product Development, or a related field from a recognized institute.
  • Fresh graduates and undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of textiles, fabric properties, and product development processes would be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team.
