Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and talented graduates who are passionate about what they do and are eager to learn more about the energy industry. Candidates with strong academic performance in core programs, leadership, and communication skills pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in the following disciplines are encouraged to apply:

Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Economics, Political Science, Commerce & Accountancy, Social Studies. We are looking for individuals who are fluent in English with the following accreditations: TOEIC 750+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+

What you will do

ExxonMobil employs over 18,000+ engineers and scientists globally, 35% of which are across the U.S. As an employee working at ExxonMobil, you’ll be a part of world class teams, gain hands-on experience, and skills working on projects that create impact.

In addition to project work in your assigned area, you’ll have opportunities to learn from senior leaders and engage with a wide range of experienced professionals and other students. We also host a variety of social events both on and offsite to allow our interns to engage further with their cohort, recent graduates, other professionals, and senior leaders across the organization.

Duration of our summer internships is typically 2 months, spanning across the summer. Successful interns may receive the opportunity to return full-time employment basis their performance and other selection criteria.
