P&G IT community is looking for an IT Intern to join our Data team! This is your chance to work on exciting, global projects with some highly skilled and fun people.

The P&G IT Internship Program is a holistic 3-6 months program crafted to give students an intensive immersion in the exciting corporate environment of P&G. Students accepted into the program are each entrusted with a live, individual, business project to lead, own, and implement over the course of their internship with us. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentorship, and formal training as they deliver their work at P&G. The program has two possible start options: either in Autumn 2026 or on 1st of February 2027.

Interns are expected to have 3 fundamental skills: Project Management (PM), Data Engineering (DE) and Data Analytics (DA). While one of these should be your key strength to ensure project success, the others will be developed to a competitive level within the P&G environment during your internship.

This internship offers two primary career paths: Data Engineering and Data Analytics. Both paths involve hands-on Project Management experience crucial for successful project delivery. Your placement will depend on business needs and your interests and strengths, allowing you to deepen your expertise in a chosen area.

In this role, you will be a crucial part of the project team, working to tackle real P&G business problems. We will provide you with all the necessary training and knowledge to perform well during your journey at P&G.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Gain hands-on experience in one of two main tracks:
  • Data Engineering: Learn how to design and implement sophisticated technical solutions to acquire, process, and store data; automate and optimize internal ETL processes; and build robust data pipelines.
  • Data Analytics: Learn how to gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources; create impactful visualizations and reports; conduct root cause and comparative analyses; and develop statistical models for forecasting.
• Develop practical Project Management skills within your chosen Data career path 
• Gain the best industry practices from the local Data community and participate in training sessions and other learning opportunities.
• Get access to a comprehensive training portfolio, including MS Certifications, Coursera, and other professional courses.
• Learn from the global P&G IT community to advance your skills.

• Azure Cloud (ADF, SQL DB, etc.)
• Databricks (Python/PySpark/SQL)
• Data visualization with Power BI
• Azure DevOps (SCRUM, CI/CD)
• Python, R, SQL, KNIME, Tableau

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary 110 000 RUB gross
• Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 5 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications

• The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company's support).

• Final-year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)

• Python and SQL programming skills.
• Hands-on experience in writing clean and effective code.
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level).
• Demonstrated strength in Project Management, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics, with sufficient understanding of the other two areas.

It would be good if you have:

• Knowledge and/or experience in using or building CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of SCRUM and DevOps methodologies.
• Previous experience with Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Azure) or business intelligence tools (KNIME, Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire).
• Education in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Informatics, Business Management or similar areas would be considered an advantage.

NB: A technical interview will be part of the selection process to assess your hard skills.
